Credit Officer - 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the Role

An opportunity has become available for an experienced and organised Credit Officer to join our team on a 6-month Fixed-Term contract. Reporting directly to the National Shared Services Manager, you will be working with the team to assist with debt recovery, account cleanup, Accounts Receivable process improvements, and backlog reduction.

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

• Address historical backlog and implement required process improvements.
• Contacting customers in pursuance of outstanding debts.
• Directing customer queries and disputes to the assigned branch personnel to facilitate settlement of disputes and queries.
• Contribute to increasing process efficiency.

Skills & Experience

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks.
