Senior Golang Developer (FinTech)

We are looking for a Senior Golang Developer to join our Platform team and help develop our fintech platform. You’ll work on backend services for payments, transactions, and integrations with banks and payment providers, while contributing to technical decisions and the evolution of the platform.

We’re looking for an experienced and independent engineer who is comfortable taking ownership of solutions from development to production.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang, working closely with PostgreSQL
• Build and improve functionality for payments, transactions, and integrations with banks and payment providers
• Take ownership of the development cycle: from clarifying requirements and implementation to production release and support
• Ensure the reliability and consistency of financial data and service stability
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of the platform and codebase
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain high engineering quality
• Collaborate with the team on technical solutions and share knowledge with other engineers
• Contribute to internal web interfaces (Vue/React, JavaScript/TypeScript) when needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience with Golang
• Background in fintech, payments, or banking
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS, preferably PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and hands-on experience with Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ
• Good knowledge of Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, and Git
• Automated testing skills, including unit and integration tests
• Basic frontend skills and willingness to work on internal admin interfaces (Vue/React, JavaScript/TypeScript)
• English at B1/B2 level
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently from requirements to production
• Clear and constructive communication, with the ability to discuss and challenge decisions when needed
• Team-oriented mindset, with a calm and structured approach to problem-solving

Обязанности

• Разрабатывать и поддерживать backend-сервисы на Golang с использованием PostgreSQL
• Развивать функциональность платежей, транзакций и интеграций с банками и платёжными провайдерами
• Вести задачи по всему циклу разработки: от уточнения требований и реализации до релиза и поддержки в production
• Обеспечивать надёжность и консистентность финансовых данных, а также стабильность сервисов
• Участвовать в архитектурных обсуждениях и развитии платформы и кодовой базы
• Писать unit- и integration-тесты, участвовать в code review и поддерживать высокий уровень качества разработки
• Совместно с командой прорабатывать технические решения и делиться экспертизой с другими разработчиками
• При необходимости участвовать в разработке внутренних web-интерфейсов на Vue/React и JavaScript/TypeScript

Требования

• От 3 лет коммерческого опыта разработки на Golang в production
• Опыт работы в fintech, payments или banking
• Хорошее знание RDBMS, желательно PostgreSQL
• Понимание принципов распределённых систем и практический опыт с Redis, Kafka или RabbitMQ
• Хорошее знание Docker, AWS, Kubernetes и Git
• Навыки автоматизированного тестирования, включая unit- и integration-тесты
• Базовые frontend-навыки и готовность при необходимости работать с внутренними admin-интерфейсами на Vue/React и JavaScript/TypeScript
• Английский язык на уровне B1/B2
