Associate Client Accountant
Intro:
If you are a fresh graduate or you have about 1-year of accounting experience, especially in MNC or consulting companies, there is a good opportunity in our Shanghai office.
We are looking out for aspiring individuals who are keen on experiencing a diversified work culture in a growing international firm. This position will be permanently based in Shanghai, China.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to build up accounting, tax and financial management experience. You will be part of our accounting &tax compliance services team and provide accounting and advisory support to international businesses operating in China.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports in a timely manner;
- Preparation of monthly payroll;
- Completing monthly and quarterly tax filling;
- Assistance with senior in communication with internal/external parties;
- Assistance in liaising with clients’ auditors for internal and external audit;
- Daily cash/bank works, including money receiving and payment and other treasury related works;
- Payments and receipts reconciliationwith bank statement, and preparing bank reconciliation on a regular basis;
- Issuing invoice and handling the invoice verification on a regular basis;
- Safe-keeping financial documents;
- Involving in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or related discipline;
- 0-2 years of accounting experience, in MNC or consulting firms preferable;
Good command of both spoken and written English
- Familiar with Kingdee system and Microsoft Office
- Team player with good communication, interpersonal and client servicing skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- CET-6 or equivalent level;
- Junior Accounting Professional Qualification;
- ACCA, CPA, CMA preferable.
