Design and develop Al-powered scoring, classification, and decision-support solutions.
Build and maintain data pipelines for Al models and retrieval systems.
Develop LLM-powered assistants using prompt engineering and RAG.
Build OCR and document-understanding pipelines to extract structured data.
Create evaluation, testing, and monitoring tools to track Al quality.
Strong Python skills; Java, C#, or Node.js are also relevant.
Solid SQL and relational database knowledge.
Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAl, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAl.
Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases such as pgvector, Qdrant, Milvus, or
Azure Al Search.
Familiarity with LangChain or Semantic Kernel

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial
Intelligence, Machine Learning, or equivalent
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work through ambiguity and define practical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
