As a Technical Writer, you’ll become an integral part of a cross-functional team working on innovative solutions in the financial services space. Our client collaborates closely with partners to deliver intelligent, holistic systems that support debt management, insolvency processes, and loan servicing – empowering businesses to build lasting, trusted relationships with consumers.
This is a remote position, with the possibility of occasional travel to the client’s office in Dublin, Ireland, when business needs arise.

Your Daily Missions
Creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for financial software products.
Collaborating with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and subject-matter experts to gather and verify information.
Translating technical and domain-specific language into user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
Structuring documentation logically and clearly to support usability and accessibility.
Updating and refining content based on user feedback, software updates, and evolving requirements.
Adhering to documentation standards and style guides while advocating for content quality.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and best practices.
Supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives across product and technical teams.
The Essentials We’re Seeking
Excellent command of English – both written and spoken – is essential.
Proven experience in writing technical documentation for software products, preferably in complex domains.
Ability to quickly understand new tools, systems, and technical concepts.
Familiarity with structured authoring and content tools (e.g., Oxygen Editor, FrameMaker, RoboHelp, or similar) is a plus.
Experience or working knowledge of markup languages such as XML, HTML, or SGML is welcome.
Understanding of documentation standards (e.g., DITA) and content management systems is an advantage.
Comfortable producing visuals or diagrams to represent data flows or system architecture.
Confidence in collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the lending, debt collection, or financial services domain is preferable but not essential.
