Receptionist/Office Administrator

Art City Auto Body is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers, insurance partners, and vendors. This role plays a key part in creating an exceptional customer experience while supporting the administrative functions of the collision repair facility.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.

· Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.

· Schedule appointments and assist with intake of repair-related information.

· Maintain customer records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

· Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and other correspondence.

· Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and report preparation.

· Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, estimators, and insurance partners.

· Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

· Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.

· Assign jobs to service advisors

· Assist Service advisors with A/R & Final Bills

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

· Professional appearance and positive attitude.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

· On time and reliable. Full time
