Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar atendimento de primeiro nível aos usuários, registrando, classificando e acompanhando chamados.
  • Prestar suporte remoto para resolução de incidentes relacionados a hardware, software e sistemas corporativos.
  • Realizar instalação, configuração e suporte básico a sistemas operacionais, aplicativos e ferramentas de escritório.
  • Registrar todas as atividades executadas e manter a base de conhecimento atualizada.
  • Escalonar chamados para os níveis superiores quando necessário, acompanhando sua tratativa.

O que buscamos?

  • Ensino médio completo (desejável curso técnico ou superior em TI em andamento).
  • Experiência com suporte ao usuário, instalação e configuração de computadores, sistemas operacionais e pacote Office.
  • Boa comunicação, atendimento ao cliente, organização e facilidade para trabalho em equipe.
