Job Description:
The Facility Manager oversees facility operations, including maintenance, vendor management, and compliance with regulations.They handle budgeting and space planning while supporting operational needs.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facility.
- Manage building systems and ensure their optimal performance.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility improvements.
- Handle relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage facility-related budgets and expenses.
- Assist with space planning and utilization.
- Support the organization’s operational needs and requirements.
