Position Summary
Nuvotronics is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Control Clerk to support the accurate and efficient flow of materials throughout the organization. This role receives incoming materials, maintains inventory accuracy, supports production material needs, and prepares on-time shipments to customers and suppliers while maintaining traceability and compliance with company quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process incoming materials, parts, and supplies against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Accurately enter receiving, inventory, material movement, and shipping transactions into the ERP/MRP system.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventory, audits, and discrepancy reconciliation.
- Issue and transfer materials to support manufacturing schedules and organized material flow throughout the facility.
- Prepare, package, label, and ship domestic and international customer orders, supplier returns, and other outbound materials.
- Maintain proper material identification, storage, handling, lot control, and traceability in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to resolve shortages, discrepancies, damage, and shipment issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential shortages, stock concerns, or transaction errors promptly.
- Maintain complete shipping, receiving, certification, and inventory records.
- Follow company safety, security, quality, and applicable ITAR/export compliance requirements; support continuous improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, materials management, or a related role.
- Experience using ERP/MRP or inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and transaction accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine warehouse and material-handling activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing.
- Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory control practices, domestic and international shipping, lot control, and material traceability.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Role Impact
This position helps ensure that materials, components, and finished products move efficiently through the Nuvotronics supply chain, directly supporting manufacturing productivity, inventory integrity, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery across the product portfolio.
Cubic Pay Range:
$19.00 - $26.00 + benefits.
