Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and facilitating job offers
• Provide candidates with timely, professional support throughout the recruitment and hiring process
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding and respond to employees’ human resources questions
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and assist with regulatory and policy compliance
• Maintain human resources intranet content and help develop clear, timely employee communications
• Support employee recognition, benefits, and wellness initiatives

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year accredited college or university, and/or 3-5 years of experience in human resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven experience in human resources is required
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
