We are seeking a seasonal Scanning Admin in our Bellingham, Washington office. If you are a confident communicator who enjoys working with business professionals, if you pride yourself on being highly organized and detail-oriented, and you have a natural ability to problem-solve and learn quickly, we want to talk to you.
Start Date: January 18th through April 16th 2027
Full Time: - 40 hours a week Monday through Friday
Location: Onsite
Core Job Responsibilities:
Organize, copy and/or scan financial documents
Sort, alphabetize, and store client information
Scan and/or Insert Documents into Electronic Storage System
Assist Administrative staff with various duties
Various clerical duties as required by clients and staff
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Requirements:
Requires graduation from high school or equivalent
At least two (2) years of administrative experience, prior experience working in a CPA firm a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to learn other software programs quickly.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to proofread and edit documents
Top notch organizational skills with a strong ability to multitask.
Detail oriented with a commitment to produce consistently accurate work.
Positive and friendly with a service-oriented focus.
Independent problem solver with the ability to work as a collaborative member of multiple teams
