The Team represents tenants exclusively in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of office properties in the Houston, TX market and across the country. They have a proven track record of completing some of the largest office lease transactions in the market, and have executed millions of square feet in their careers.

What You’ll Be Doing …

As an Associate, you will learn the foundations of office real estate brokerage while supporting the team in business development, market research, and transaction execution. You will gain hands-on experience and mentorship from senior brokers with deep market expertise.

• Work closely with senior leaders throughout an educational, hands-on brokerage training experience
• Research market trends, available office spaces, tenants, ownership activity, and competitive data
• Support the development of presentation materials, proposals, and client meeting preparations
• Track key market indicators such as vacancy, absorption, rents, comps, and construction activity
• Build foundational understanding of the office market

• Generate and qualify potential new business leads
