Savvy Wealth is a digital wealth management company headquartered in New York City and founded in 2021. The company operates a registered investment adviser together with an in-house software platform that automates client onboarding, portfolio administration, compliance, and marketing for the advisers who join it. It recruits established financial advisers away from traditional broker-dealers by offering higher payouts and technology rather than selling directly to end investors.
Backed by Index Ventures

About Savvy Wealth:

Wealth management is a $545 billion industry that still runs on manual work. 75% of advisors offer no digital communication beyond email, and most still build financial plans by hand in Excel. Savvy is reinventing what it looks like to be a financial advisor. Founder Ritik Malhotra saw the fragmentation firsthand after seeking out his own advisor, and started Savvy to give independent advisors a modern, AI-native home.

Savvy is a registered investment advisor (RIA), and we partner with experienced financial advisors who want to grow without running the back office themselves. Advisors bring their book and join Savvy, running under their own brand (or ours), and Savvy earns a percentage of the assets they manage. In return, they get a true business-in-a-box: a proprietary tech platform and client portal, an in-house marketing team that helps them grow, a world-class investment management team, and a dedicated client services team that runs day-to-day operations and support. Advisors at Savvy service up to 50% more households and save 19 hours a week.

AI runs through everything we do. On the product side, Savvy Intelligence (released April 2026) is the only AI built for wealth managers that can see a client's complete financial picture. Internally, everyone at Savvy uses Claude and is encouraged to experiment with it, backed by a dedicated AI enablement team and a RevOps org building agents in-house.

The trajectory is steep and it's still early. We're a Series C company with 170+ people, $200M raised, and $100M ARR in sight this year. Inc. ranked us the No. 1 fastest-growing financial services company in America in 2026. Come build the next stage with us!

Recognition:

We're a Certified Great Place to Work and have been honored for our culture and our growth:

  • Newsweek's America's Greatest Startup Workplaces (2026)

  • Fortune Best Workplaces in New York™ (2026)

  • Great Place to Work Certified™

The Role:

You'll own a product area from the first customer conversation to the revenue it brings in: vision, roadmap, execution, launch and the numbers after. Think of your role as running a business, collaborating with engineering, design, data and go-to-market. Depending on where you'll have the most impact, that could be AI for back-office operations, the tools advisors live in every day, growth, or the platform underneath it all.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for your area. Say no to most things so the few that matter actually ship.

  • Get close to customers. Sit with advisors and our ops team until you know which problems are worth solving, and which aren't.

  • Prototype first. Use Claude Code, Cursor or whatever's fastest to put something real in front of users before engineering commits a sprint.

  • Lead the whole cross-functional crew: engineering, design, data, sales, marketing and operations, from idea to launch to adoption.

  • Own the outcome. Set the metrics before you build, check them after you ship, and know how your area makes money and what it costs to run.

  • Write specs people read. Short, clear and ready for a decision.

  • Help shape how product works at an AI-native company.

Must Have:

  • 5+ years in product management, or building product as an engineer or founder, ideally at a fast-growing startup. Less is fine if you learn crazy fast. We hire for slope.

  • AI is your first move, not an afterthought. You use Claude, Claude Code or Cursor every day and you've built real things with them. Show us.

  • You get how AI products work: prompting, retrieval, evals, and when not to trust the model.

  • Commercial chops. You're as comfortable talking pricing, unit economics and go-to-market as you are talking about features.

  • Strong product taste, and enough technical depth to go toe to toe with engineers.

  • Comfortable with data, and quick to notice when it's lying to you.

  • You write and communicate clearly.

  • Low ego, high ownership. You'd rather fix the problem than make excuses with nuances

Nice to have:

  • Shipped AI or LLM products to real users.

  • Fintech, financial services or wealth management experience. We can teach you the industry.

  • Founded a company, or built a product line from zero.

Not sure you check every box? Apply anyway. Seriously.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • We offer a generous relocation package to help top talent make the move to our NYC office

  • Unlimited PTO + paid company holidays

  • Access to holistic medical, dental, and vision plans

  • Company 401(k) (including Mega backdoor Roth options), Commuter, and HSA/FSA plans

  • NYC office in Union Square

  • Lunch and snacks provided in the office, & dinner if you stay late

  • Access to virtual mental health care (Spring Health) and health concierge (Rightway) to help you find the right care

  • Access to counseling for stress management, dependent care, nutrition, fitness, legal, and financial issues (Guardian WorkLifeMatters EAP)
