Business Analytics Engineer

Job Description Summary

As a Business Analytics Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain data, analytics, reporting, and geospatial solutions that help account teams and clients make better business decisions across complex real estate portfolios. You will work across the analytics lifecycle, from data acquisition and transformation to reporting, visualization, automation, and geospatial analysis, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding portfolio performance, occupancy, workplace strategy, operational efficiency, and real estate investments.

This role bridges business analytics, data engineering, and technology enablement. You will partner closely with account teams, analysts, operations leaders, and clients to transform business requirements into scalable solutions that improve visibility, reduce manual effort, and support data-driven decision making.

As a member of Cushman & Wakefield's Portfolio Advisory Group, you will support one or more strategic client accounts while helping advance PAG's broader analytics, automation, geospatial, and emerging technology capabilities. The successful candidate combines strong analytical thinking, business acumen, technical capabilities, and a passion for solving complex business problems through data and technology.
