About the Role:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty.
Account Strategy & Growth: Develop account plans, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.
Operational Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, issue resolution, and service delivery.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for business decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to deliver customized solutions for clients.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in account management or client servicing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and prepare strategic plans.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
