Job Description Summary

Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Assistant Facilities Manager supports the facilities organization at a specific location, set of buildings, or campus environment. The Assistant Facilities Manager is charged with supporting the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs and workplace services delivery that provides a well-managed and well-maintained building. Places an emphasis on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, in coordination with the client's goals and objectives.

Job Description

Inspect, maintain, repair and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical (M&E) system.
Attend to normal, urgent requests or complaints from tenants, building users and Client.
Report any non-conformance to Supervisor for corrective action.
Supervise and manage contractors or vendors for preventive & corrective maintenance works.
Carry out fault reporting duties.
Perform incident reporting & notification to the relevant stakeholders.
Assist in logistics and events support.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required.
Record consumption data with accuracy and feedback to superior for any abnormal reading.
Perform the role of emergency response team
