The ideal candidate will have strong mission-critical facilities experience, sound M&E knowledge and proven shift leadership capability. · Critical systems and cooling: Ensure continuous BMS and physical monitoring of data halls, electrical rooms, UPS and generator areas, chiller plant and other critical spaces; investigate abnormal temperature, humidity, pressure, flow, vibration, noise, leakage or equipment trends.

· Maintenance and procedural compliance: Ensure PPM is completed to schedule and quality requirements; verify MOP, SOP, EOP, manufacturer guidance, PTW, risk assessments, isolations, impairments and return-to-normal controls before closing work.

· Alarm, incident and emergency management: Ensure alarms are acknowledged and physically verified, lead troubleshooting and stabilisation, maintain incident communications through approved channels, review incident reports, support RCA, and take operational leadership until formally relieved.

· Vendor, contractor and access control: Coordinate vendor work and escorts, monitor quality and housekeeping, enforce restricted-area access, and stop unauthorised, unsafe or procedure-deviating activities that could affect operations.

· Risk, defects and safety: Assess operational risks for maintenance, abnormal conditions and temporary configurations; track defects to permanent closure, stop unsafe work, enforce PPE and EHS controls, and escalate high-risk or overdue matters.

· Customer and stakeholder management: Ensure Service Desk, customer and vendor requests are acknowledged and progressed within the applicable SLA; maintain clear communication with Facilities Management, standby personnel and other stakeholders.

· Performance and capability: Monitor KPI and SLA performance, coach the shift team, coordinate toolbox briefings, technical training and EOP drills, identify competency gaps, and implement corrective actions for repeated performance issues.

· Continuous improvement: Review incidents, near misses, equipment trends and operating observations to improve procedures, inspections, maintenance practices, reporting and shift effectiveness.
