概要
SMEセールス アカウントマネージャーは、中堅・中小企業（SME）領域における新規顧客開拓および既存顧客の拡大を担い、当社の売上成長を牽引する重要なポジションです。
担当エリアにおいて、パートナー企業および社内関連部門と連携しながら、継続的なパイプライン創出と売上最大化を実現していただきます。
本ポジションは、今年度の売上目標達成および将来的なスケーラブルな営業体制の構築において重要な役割を果たします。
主な業務内容
- 新規顧客への提案活動、受注獲得、および受注後のフォローアップ
- 既存顧客に対するアップセルおよびクロスセルの提案
- チャネルセールス、セールスエンジニア、セールスオペレーション、カスタマーサクセス、技術コンサルタント等の関連部門との連携・調整
- 担当テリトリーにおける販売パートナーとの関係構築および強化
- テリトリー戦略を含む四半期ごとのアクションプランの策定と実行（PDCAサイクルの推進）
- 営業パイプラインの管理およびフォーキャストの精度向上
- 市場動向および顧客ニーズの把握を通じた営業戦略への反映
応募資格・求めるスキル
- 中堅・中小企業向け法人営業における実績
- IT業界、特にサイバーセキュリティまたは関連分野に関する知識
- 新規・既存顧客および販売パートナー、社内関係者との関係構築力
- 高い成長志向を持ち、自律的にスキル向上に取り組める方
- BANTやMEDDPICCなどの営業フレームワークの理解および実践経験
- Salesforce等のCRMを活用した営業管理経験およびデータ分析力
- 変化の速い環境に柔軟に対応できる適応力
- 日本語ネイティブレベル（英語はあれば尚可）
