1. Position Overview
As an "implementation consultant," you will deeply immerse yourself in the client's operations and fundamentally redesign business processes using AI agents.
You will engage with clients from the very beginning, even before requirements are finalized, defining "what should be built" and "how far should it be built." Utilizing cutting-edge AI tools such as Claude Code, n8n, and Dify, your mission is to ensure that concepts don't end as PoCs, but are completed as production systems integrated into actual business operations.
Unlike traditional consultants who simply "look and propose," this position is an FDE (Forward-Deployed Engineer) role, where you "look, propose, and implement and see it through." This position is ideal for those with experience in SIer or contract development who want to step up into the consulting field.
2. Specific Job Responsibilities
You will begin by conducting practical interviews with clients to identify challenges based on their business flow, decision-making processes, and constraints. From there, you will be responsible for the entire process, from AI agent design and implementation to production deployment and operational improvement. We take responsibility not just for creating design documents, but also for writing code, running the system, and ensuring its successful implementation in the field.
- Analyzing customer business flows and structuring challenges
- Designing AI agent utilization scenarios and defining success indicators
- Workflow development using n8n, Dify, Claude Code, etc., external API integration, and LLM/RAG implementation
- Building business automation using Claude Cowork, RPA, etc.
- Rapid deployment of prototypes to the field and production implementation incorporating feedback
- Monitoring usage after implementation and promoting improvement cycles
- Standardizing and sharing project-gained knowledge within the company
- PM/PMO for small to medium-sized DX projects

Company Culture
(1) We are conscious of using "accurate Japanese."
In reality, many Japanese people do not use correct Japanese, and conversations are based on unique nuances, contexts, and unspoken understandings among Japanese people.
However, when working with people from overseas, even if the Japanese you speak is translated, it often doesn't convey the message accurately.
This is particularly evident in chats and documents.
We write specifications in English or Japanese, and have them translated by local translators, which allows engineers in each country to understand the project.
Therefore, if the original language is not correct, the translation will not convey the message accurately.
To create an accurate system, it is necessary to define and express it using precise terminology.
(2) We are conscious of improving communication skills through asynchronous and multitasking.
While scheduled meetings (synchronous communication), such as phone calls and video conferences, should certainly be held, we are extremely careful to avoid traditional communication methods such as making impromptu phone calls to convey key points for non-urgent matters.
This is because synchronous communication disrupts the rhythm of the other person's work.
Therefore, we prioritize asynchronous communication using chat-based tools like Slack, and managing multiple projects through multitasking.
(3) We aim to streamline the software production process.
We are promptly and generously investing in the introduction of AI, bots, and automation.
The possibility of GPT4 replacing much of our work is, I believe, a globally hot topic of interest right now.
If entrusting tasks to AI and bots leads to increased labor in the software production process, we intend to create a small, highly skilled management team.
Furthermore, our company aims to create a workplace environment where highly skilled employees with young children can balance childcare and work, leading fulfilling lifestyles.
Currently, we have introduced a "Company-Led Babysitter Subsidy Program," a government program that subsidizes part or all of the babysitting fees to make it easier for talented individuals to balance childcare and work.
*Available only for employees hired in Japan.
For these reasons, our company does not require any work at a specific office and primarily allows full remote work.
However, flexibility in work arrangements comes with responsibility, so quick responses via chat are required, and we may request that those who have difficulty communicating come into the office. (There have been no such cases in the past so far.)
Depending on the job, there is a possibility of coming into the office 2-3 times a week.
[Regarding Visas]
Due to the recent impact of COVID-19, the requirements for issuing work visas in the country have been tightened, so it is possible that we may not be able to guarantee the acquisition of a work visa before hiring. Therefore, we regret to inform you that employment commencement will only be valid once a work visa has been issued. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in advance.
