- จัดเตรียม ตรวจสอบ และจัดเก็บเอกสาร รายงาน และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานของ SOC ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบัน
- รวบรวมและติดตามงานที่ต้องส่งต่อระหว่างกะ พร้อมจัดทำรายการงานคงค้างเพื่อให้มีการติดตามต่ออย่างครบถ้วน
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการตรวจสอบและประเมินคุณภาพการให้บริการ
- จัดเก็บและปรับปรุงข้อมูลการติดต่อของลูกค้าและผู้เกี่ยวข้องให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ติดตามงานประจำวัน จัดทำ Checklist ตรวจสอบสถานะงาน ประสานงานกับผู้รับผิดชอบ และติดตามงานคงค้างจนได้รับผลการดำเนินงานหรือข้อสรุป
- ติดตามการจัดพนักงาน Standby เพื่อทดแทนกรณีพนักงานไม่สามารถเข้าปฏิบัติงานได้ ตรวจสอบตารางเวร On-call และจัดทำรายงานสรุปการปฏิบัติงานตามเวร
- ติดตามงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงระบบ ประสานงานกับผู้รับผิดชอบ และติดตามความคืบหน้าจนงานแล้วเสร็จ
- ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายการรักษาความลับและความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลบริษัทและลูกค้า
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านการประสานงานโครงการ งานเอกสาร งานธุรการ หรือการสนับสนุนงานด้าน IT / Cybersecurity
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงาน สามารถทำงานร่วมกับลูกค้าและทีมงานหลายฝ่ายได้ดี
- สามารถจับประเด็น สรุปข้อมูล และจัดทำบันทึกการประชุมได้อย่างชัดเจน
- ใช้งาน Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Word, Excel และ PowerPoint ได้ดี
- มีทักษะการวางแผน จัดลำดับความสำคัญ และติดตามงานหลายรายการพร้อมกัน
- ละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา และส่งมอบงานได้ตามกำหนด
- มีใจรักงานบริการ มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- พร้อมเรียนรู้คำศัพท์ กระบวนการทำงาน และความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน IT / Cybersecurity
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกเวลาหรือในวันหยุดได้ตามความจำเป็น
- หากมีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ SOC, SLA หรือการจัดทำรายงานการให้บริการ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
