What You Get to Work On:
- Work closely and collaboratively with the COO, CISO, and CEO, and cyber/enterprise risk on the delivery of highly reliable, secure, and effective cyber security solutions.
- Manage cross functional teams, driving a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technological advancement within the confines of an integrated development model.
- Provide leadership and expand, support, and mentor a best-in-class engineering & sales teams.
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Implement best practices and guidelines to continually improve performance and scalability.
- Works closely with the Director of HR making sure cyber best practices are never compromised.
- Monitor KPIs to assess product and technological performance.
- Use stakeholder feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to our products and technology platform.
- Help to build out, mentor, and develop the engineering team and build a strong engineering culture.
- Evaluate new systems and infrastructure and collaborate with the CISO, and COO on feasibility of alignment with information technology ecosystem.
- Proactively stay informed about market trends, opportunities, risks, new projects, and competitors
- Evaluate the company's engineering and technology roadmaps and collaborate with the COO, and CEO, on the development of new strategies and tactics that drive alignment with business goals.
- Translate the strategy into goals and an actionable roadmap.
- Foster a culture of strategic ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Use insights from data to drive efficient feature delivery and operations excellence.
