Agentic AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a secure, scalable platform for agentic AI systems.
• Support multiple LLM backends (hosted, self-hosted, hybrid).
• Develop agent frameworks including planning/execution loops, memory, and tool use.
• Implement MCP/tooling integrations with standardized interfaces.
• Ensure enterprise-grade architecture: multi-tenancy, RBAC/ABAC, audit logs, telemetry, secrets management, and high availability.
• Build reusable components: tool registry, agent templates, policy frameworks, and deployment patterns.
• Create evaluation and regression pipelines for agent performance, safety, and reliability.

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering experience in production backend or distributed systems
• Hands-on experience building LLM or agent-based systems (orchestration, tool use, memory/state management, evaluation, monitoring)
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, or Java
• Solid understanding of security operations, including incident response, detection engineering, and threat hunting
• Experience working with SOC tools (SIEM, SOAR, XDR/EDR, ticketing systems, cloud logging platforms, threat intelligence systems)
• Knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP), containers, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong security mindset (least privilege, secure coding, secrets management, auditability)
• Experience with observability tools (metrics, logs, traces, alerting, dashboards)
• Ability to design systems for production reliability and operational scale
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
