F&A Platforms Director

Join a strategic leadership role focused on driving large-scale Finance transformation programs powered by automation and modern technology platforms. Your responsibilities

• Lead and support large-scale Finance transformation and automation initiatives across Credit-to-Cash (C2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Analyze (R2A)
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and practice teams to generate demand and deliver impactful solutions
• Lead technology deployment projects and oversee successful execution
• Develop value propositions, go-to-market messaging, and client presentations
• Act as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert for clients within Finance transformation and automation
• Drive business development activities and originate new opportunities with technology partners and internal stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and executive-level meetings, building alignment across large stakeholder groups
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and transformation forums
• Collaborate with client leadership teams to define transformation roadmaps and secure agreed outcomes
• Support innovation and continuous development of Finance automation capabilities

• Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes and transformation challenges across C2C, P2P, R2A
• Knowledge of leading Finance automation and transformation platforms such as BlackLine, Trintech, Celonis, HighRadius, ServiceNow, Zendesk
• Proven track record in selling and delivering Finance technology implementation projects
• Extensive experience managing large-scale transformation and deployment programs
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and conducting workshops for large audiences
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery oversight
• Experience leading cross-functional and international teams
• Commercial mindset and strong business development capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
