About the team:
As part of Cyera’s AI team, you will help build next-generation, customer-facing agentic solutions powered by LLMs and advanced AI models. You will work on intelligent agents that reason over complex security, data, and access contexts, helping customers understand risk, take action, and operate more securely in the age of AI.

The CY team builds Cyera's agentic experience across DSPM, DLP, and AI security - the AI agents and assistants, the infra and eval pipelines behind them, and the frameworks that let other teams build agentic features. We turn Cyera's data into answers and actions, so customers go from insight to resolution in seconds.
Responsibilities
Direct contribution to the Cyera codebase as part of a product team.
Build and evolve customer-facing AI agents and agentic workflows powered by LLMs and AI models.
Work on product experiences that combine full-stack engineering, AI capabilities, security context, and customer value.
Collaborate closely with backend, QA, infrastructure, product, and design teams to understand, challenge, and translate end-user requirements into practical technical solutions.
Identify, document, and communicate technical improvements within your area of responsibility.
Participate in cross-team engineering initiatives as an individual contributor.
Help shape how AI agents are embedded into Cyera’s platform and used by customers to solve real security challenges.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
Deep knowledge of JavaScript and strong expertise in React, Vue.js, or a similar frontend stack.
Experience in backend development with languages such as Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Scala, Python, Ruby, .NET, or similar, and willingness to learn.
Interest in building AI-powered products, agentic experiences, LLM-based workflows, or model-driven applications.
Relevant experience working on fast-scaling and complex systems.
Product mindset and strong customer orientation.
