Senior Scrum Master - Mission Overview
The client is undergoing a significant agile transformation, moving from four separate sub-products and backlogs to a unified product with a shared vision and prioritised backlog.
The Senior Scrum Master will lead and coach 3-4 agile teams, improving collaboration, delivery flow, and agile maturity while supporting the transition to a more product-centric organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and facilitate 3-4 agile teams working towards a common backlog.
Support agile transformation and establish consistent ways of working.
Improve planning, prioritisation, collaboration, and delivery predictability.
Manage cross-team dependencies and remove organisational obstacles.
Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
Use flow metrics such as throughput, WIP, lead time, and cycle time to drive measurable improvements.
Essential Requirements
8+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in large organisations.
Proven experience coaching multiple teams simultaneously towards a shared product backlog.
Experience supporting major agile transformations.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and agile delivery practices.
Experience using flow metrics to improve delivery performance.
Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English.
Experience with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus is advantageous.
