We are seeking a Solutions Program Specialist to play an important role in supporting Wealth Management product solutions supporting Financial Professionals deliver thoughtful, effective guidance to clients. Reporting to the Director, Product, Lending and Cash Solutions, this position will assist with the promotion, administration, and ongoing support of lending, cash management, and managed asset programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong service orientation, sound judgment, and the ability to partner across teams to provide clear guidance, responsive support, and accurate resources that help advisors serve clients with confidence

Primary Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

· Series 7 and 66 licenses required or ability to obtain within six months of hire.

· Relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, financial planning, private banking, product support, or a related client/advisor support function preferred.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain information clearly to Financial Professionals, internal partners, and business leaders.

· Demonstrated ability to manage details, coordinate multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and support projects across teams.

· Sound analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills, with the ability to evaluate information, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions.

· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.

Primary Duties:

· Support the operational execution of advisory fee changes, including coordinating required steps, monitoring progress, and helping ensure timely and accurate completion.

· Partner with Wealth Management, Advisor Solutions, Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams to support product programs, processes, and related initiatives.

· Provide clear, responsive product support and guidance to Financial Professionals as they evaluate appropriate solutions for clients.

· Collaborate with members of the Advisor Solutions team to strengthen existing product and service offerings and identify opportunities to improve the advisor experience.

· Assist with the development, maintenance, and communication of product resources, process documentation, and advisor-facing materials.

· Participate in Advisor Solutions, Wealth Planning Group, or other Wealth Management projects and initiatives as assigned.

· Monitor relevant industry, marketplace, and competitive trends to help inform product support and program recommendations.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

The potential starting base salary range for this role is $68,000 to $83,000. The compensation offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis considering a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the skills, relevant work experience, and geographic location of each specific candidate.
