岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责MySQL、Redis、ES等数据库的日常管理和维护，并结合业务场景推进数据库稳定性治理，完善监控告警、容量管理、性能优化、备份恢复、高可用及容灾体系等;

2.建立并完善数据库运维规范、变更流程、知识沉淀体系，同时参与数据库相关故障的应急，包括快速止损、推动风险识别和改进措施闭环，提升数据库整体稳定性;

3.参与数据库自动化及智能化平台化建设，通过 Python、Golang、Shell 等技术提升数据库运维效率和标准化水平，同时能够结合AI能力解决实际的运维问题;

4.推动AI在智能巡检、异常和故障诊断、SQL优化、容量预测、告警降噪及运维知识库等DBA场景中的应用;

任职要求 / Requirements

1.计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历;

2.有3年以上互联网行业DBA工作经验，有丰富的自建数据库及云数据库运维经验;

3.具备较强的故障处理及风险意识，能够快速定位和解决生产环境中的复杂数据库问题;

4.具备良好的沟通协作能力和责任心，能够与研发、架构、SRE 及业务团队高效协作;

5.具备优秀的编程技能，同时对AI有深度理解，并能够在实际的DBA运维场景中落地;
