1. 统筹俄罗斯市场仓储自动化项目全周期交付，确保按时按预算达成收入目标;

2. 管理供应商与客户资源，协调内外部团队，保障项目进度与风险可控;

3. 依据技术标准指导设备安装调试，组织验收并前置整改质量问题，确保运行稳定;

4. 管控项目开发、实施及差旅费用，动态调整计划以匹配损益目标;

5. 总结项目执行经验，形成可复用的项目管理方法论并开展团队培训。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 具备海外大型仓储自动化项目全周期交付管理经验，能统筹供应商与客户资源，确保项目按预算按时达成收入目标;

2. 熟悉自动化设备安装调试技术标准与验收流程，能前置识别质量风险并推动整改，保障设备运行稳定;

3. 在跨国项目协调中保持开放心态与国际视野，具备果断决策魄力，能快速推动资源冲突下的计划执行;

4. 严于律己，以身作则，能带动团队遵守规范并挑战解决复杂问题，持续追求高标准交付成果;
