1. 盘点奢侈品细分品类现状，归纳包装、体验、时效等需求，识别公司能力差距并明确整改方向;

2. 将需求转化为标准化流程，制定并落地SOP，搭建数据看板追踪项目运行状态与改进效果;

3. 组织月度复盘会议，回顾项目进展、分析问题根因，统筹跨部门协同确保目标达成;

4. 对标行业标杆企业，优化项目管理与产品推动策略，制定方案提升服务体验与市场份额;

5. 总结服务体验管理经验，沉淀方法论并组织培训，提升团队在奢侈品需求识别与方案输出能力。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 具备奢侈品服务体验全链路管理经验，熟悉从需求洞察到体系落地的完整方法;

2. 能够系统盘点奢侈品细分品类需求，分析公司能力差距并明确核心整改方向;

3. 具备项目体系搭建与标准化推进能力，可制定SOP、搭建数据看板并组织月度复盘;

4. 能够对标行业标杆，提炼可复用的方法论，并组织培训分享提升团队专业能力;

5. 具备问题本质洞察力，能精准识别服务体验瓶颈并制定针对性方案;
