岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、负责中大型或大型仓配、仓运及运输项目的实施工作。
2、参与售前阶段的项目调研，协同公司相关部门制定项目成本方案; 在售中阶段负责本省范围内的项目上线筹备工作，对项目交付结果（成本、效率、体验）负责。
3、持续总结项目实施经验，提炼方法论，并向团队进行知识传递与能力赋能。
4、 基于对外部行业发展和实际运营能力的分析，识别组织能力薄弱点，提出能力建设方案并推动其落地实现。
5、完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
任职要求 / Requirements
-本科及以上学历，供应链、物流等相关专业优先考虑。
- 具备至少5年物流行业工作经验，或在世界500强企业中拥有3年以上供应链管理及物流运营管理经验。
- 曾主导中大型项目的落地实施，具备从售前方案设计到售中项目执行的全流程项目管理经验。
- 有物流运营管理和物流解决方案相关经验者优先。
- 具备优秀的项目管理能力，良好的沟通协调能力及向上汇报能力。
