GenAI Developer

WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY TO DAY:

In this role, you

will wor k on overseeing the end to end development

of generative AI applications. As an important part of the role, you will

solve complex technical challenges, ensure project specifications are

met efficiently, and facilitate the rapid learning and implementation of

new technologies within the team. You will work independently, exhibit

excellent learning agility to be able to work with a varied set of groups

in a time bound fashion, and showcase excellent judgement in

devising and implementing solutions for group wide needs.

Furthermore, you will be expected to comprehend the technical

requirements of diverse groups using AI, explore open source tech

options beneficial for us, and integrate the chosen tech within our

teams to enhance efficiency and construct supportive systems. In

addition to that, people and project management is going to be a key

part of the job role. You will also be expected to exhibit excellent

productivity and demonstrate exceptional and clear communication

skills. Lastly, you will be expected to mentor the staff from re spective

groups to allow for a smooth handover of projects, which will be a key

part of the job.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The ideal candidate should hold

Basic qualifications:

A master's or bachelor's degree in c omputer sc ience or a related

technical fiel d with 7 to 12 years of relevant industry work

experience as a specialist/individual contributor

Proficiency in Python with exceptional coding and debugging

abilities

Exceptional problem solving abilities and the capacity to acquire

and apply new technolog ies quickly

Prior exposure to GAI projects and frameworks

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills along

with effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

GAI academic qualifications/certifications

Experience as a tech solution architect
