    • Lead budget planning and monitor budget vs. actual performance, providing key insights for business decisions.
    • Provide support to the US and UK subsidiaries team, including payroll management, expense tracking, and operational guidance.
    • Document and strengthen internal controls to ensure consistent financial integrity and corporate compliance.
    • Collaborate daily with local and international teams to support finance operations and ensure alignment across the business.
    • Assist with ad-hoc financial tasks as needed to support the organization’s evolving needs.

Job Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Controller in a fast-paced hi-tech environment (experience with inventory is a plus!).
    • CPA qualification from a Big 4 accounting firm, with strong hi-tech audit experience.
    • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with US GAAP (specifically ASC 606 Revenue Recognition).
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to streamline financial reporting and analysis.
    • Experience with NetSuite system - a must!
    • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and a knack for solving complex problems.

    • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive independently.
    • Strong experience in financial management and reporting, with a focus on both local and international operations.
    • Experience in interfacing with global corporate headquarters or parent company finance teams (experience with a US parent entity is a plus).
    • A keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset to optimize financial processes and contribute to the company’s growth.
    • The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams, ensuring financial operations run smoothly worldwide.
