Order Management Specialist

D-Fend Solutions is a leader in the counter-drone industry, delivering innovative and cutting-edge products worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Order Management specialist to support the growing demand, and supply chain synchronization for our complex hardware portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfillment and coordination: Act as a liaison between sales, customer success, planning and Logistics departments to ensure on time and accurate fulfillment.
• Monitor the fulfillment pipeline and maintain commit dates from OPS side
• Record maintenance: Maintain accurate and organized records of all orders, shipments, and transactions. This includes managing shipping paperwork and creating invoices.
• Communicate order status updates to customer success team and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise, such as problems with deliveries or returns. Handle any inquiries regarding orders.
• Daily coordination with 3PLs to ensure readiness for shipments
• Reporting: Generate and prepare order-related reports for management review.
• Process improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to the order processing and fulfillment procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in Order fulfillment, Planning, Logistics and S&OP within global high-tech companies is required.
• Proven experience in a fast-growing, multidisciplinary (Hardware and Software) company with multiple turnkey manufacturers
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Priority)
• Exceptional Excel and data management skills.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal relations, and out of the box thinking, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
