IT Recruiter (Headhunter / Sourcer, Prague)

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other relevant channels
• Proactively search for candidates for IT and technical positions, including passive candidates
• Review CVs and online profiles and assess candidates against the requirements of each position
• Conduct initial screening conversations to understand candidates’ experience, skills, and availability
• Contact candidates directly and introduce relevant career opportunities in a professional manner
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future recruitment needs
• Work closely with recruiter coordinators to understand open positions, priorities, and candidate requirements
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialised and difficult-to-fill positions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and activity within the ATS
• Monitor the effectiveness of different sourcing channels and identify opportunities to improve results
• Stay informed about relevant recruitment tools, sourcing methods, and developments in the talent market

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a similar position
• Experience sourcing candidates for IT or technical roles is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and confident approach when contacting candidates
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities effectively
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
• Strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively with recruiters and colleagues
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
• Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
