Inventory Management Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Management professional responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory movement, and coordinating with stores, production, and accounts teams. The candidate must be proficient in MS Excel and capable of ensuring proper inventory control and reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily inventory records.
• Track inward, outward, and closing stock accurately.
• Prepare and maintain stock registers, GRNs, issue slips, and delivery challans.
• Perform regular stock reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise purchase requests when required.
• Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
• Generate inventory reports using MS Excel (stock aging, consumption, variance, etc. ).
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, and excess inventory.
• Support internal and external audits related to inventory.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

• Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Understanding of inventory control and stock management processes.
• Close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
