Site Human Resources Manager

Richmond, IN (On-site) | Full-Time

Since 1967, Damar has been recognized across Indiana as one of the largest not-for-profit organizations and a leading provider of behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disability (I/DD) services. We foster a united, purpose-driven culture where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to give their best. It’s no surprise Damar has been named a Top Workplace for several years!

Damar is currently seeking a Site Human Resources Manager to join our team at our East campus in Richmond, Indiana! This role serves as the primary Human Resources leader for the site, providing hands-on HR support to employees and leaders while independently managing employee relations, workplace investigations, manager support, full-cycle recruiting, employee lifecycle support, and local HR compliance. You’ll have the autonomy to make an impact at the site while still having the support of a broader HR team. In this role, you’ll directly influence the employee experience, support leaders, and help strengthen Damar’s growing presence in the Richmond community.
