Customer Programs & Loyalty Coordinator - EU

Job Purpose

The Customer Programs & Loyalty Coordinator - EU is responsible for empowering teams with the tools, content, and programs needed to respond quickly to customer needs and build lasting customer relationships. Establish and expand structured loyalty programs to strengthen long-term customer relationships and drive sustainable growth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and implement new initiatives to increase customer retention and engagement
• Create and maintain enablement materials to support loyalty initiatives in the field
• Execute loyalty programs (points, rewards, tiers)
• Ensure smooth operation of rewards, offers, and customer benefits
• Basic reporting and performance tracking
• Ensure seamless implementation and continuous improvement of customer programs

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement or customer loyalty programs
• Experience with marketing automation tools to execute targeted campaigns
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft products
• Familiarity with loyalty platforms to manage rewards and engagement programs
• Strong skills in analytics and reporting tools to measure performance and optimize initiatives
• Fluent in (speaking and writing):

o Mandatory: English

o Preferable: German or additional language skills within the EMEA region are a plus
