What We’re Looking For: IT Project Management Intern

We are looking for a Project Management Intern to support project planning and coordination across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), assist in tracking progress and facilitating team alignment, maintain project documentation and reporting, and support feature release and handover activities-ideal for organized and detail-oriented candidates who are eager to learn in a collaborative tech environment.

You'll be working on

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating projects, including setting timelines and allocating resources.
• Monitor project progress throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Arrange and facilitate daily standup meetings to ensure alignment across teams (developers, QA, product teams).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation while ensuring compliance with company processes.
• Provide daily and weekly progress updates to team leads and stakeholders.
• Support project closure activities, including feature releases and handovers to the operations team.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or Information Technology).
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies is a plus.
