Communications Lead

As a Communications Lead, you will lead integrated brand, social media, and risk & safety communications to strengthen engagement, trust, and reputation. You will drive flagship campaigns, user education on security and fraud prevention, and cross-functional alignment to ensure consistent messaging, strong execution, and timely issue response.

You'll be working on

• Lead integrated communications strategies across Owned-Social Media Channels, Brand Communications, Risk & Safety Communications to strengthen engagement and brand reputation.
• Manage end-to-end execution of flagship programs, including AI@Work Lab, DANA Cup, Security Perception Campaign, and Creators Connect, ensuring seamless launch, budget adherence, and minimal operational friction.
• Ensure effective budget planning and governance across Owned-Social Media Channels, Brand Communications, and Risk & Safety Communications.
• Develop and execute educational communications initiatives around DANA Protection, user security, and scam prevention to increase user awareness and reduce fraud-related inquiries.
• Align messaging strategies with Customer Support, Marketing, Product, and other relevant teams to ensure consistent, compliant brand messaging across all public-facing touchpoints.
• Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Close coordination with the Communications Tech & System team for timely actions during issue/crisis as well as social media daily report.
• Improve operational efficiency through effective monitoring and reduction or operational loss rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in communications, preferably in the technology industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful integrated communications strategies across conventional and digital channels.
• Strong network and proven experience in engaging influencers and homeless media are preferred.
• Hands-on experience in managing corporate social media accounts or website platforms is preferred.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking skills as well as problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data and make 360-degree strategic recommendations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the technology industry, esp. FinTech, and market trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
