Technical Support Associate

Are you interested in solving real-time technical issues while building automation that improves how operational teams work?

We’re looking for a Technical Support Associate who can combine hands-on troubleshooting with programming, analytical thinking, and an automation mindset. You will help monitor payment systems, respond to issues, support product integrations, and create more efficient ways to manage daily technical operations.

You'll be working on

• Monitor payment systems and identify potential anomalies.
• Troubleshoot application and operational issues in real time.
• Support internal teams and external partners through designated channels and ticketing systems.
• Investigate payment-product issues using transaction logs and relevant operational data.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Product, Development, and Site Reliability Engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate issue, incident, and operational documentation.
• Support product integrations and enhancements.
• Participate in operational reviews and cross-functional discussions.
• Act as Level 2 escalation support for operational inquiries.
• Create or improve automation for ticket handling, operational reporting, checklists, and monitoring.
• Explore how AI and intelligent monitoring can make Technical Support faster and more proactive.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
• Fluency in English.
• Basic Python and Java programming skills.
• A strong understanding of SQL and database management systems.
• Experience developing programs.
• Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills.
• Curiosity about AIOps, automation, scripting, and digital payments.
• A proactive approach to ownership and continuous improvement.
