The Regional Marketing Manager for UK and Ireland is responsible for driving regional growth through a well-defined marketing strategy. This role develops and executes tactical field marketing plans based on market analysis, customer insights, and current trends, while partnering with commercial and cross-functional teams to align plans with business targets and deliver measurable impact.

This position reports to the Director, EMEA Marketing and is part of the EMEA Regional Marketing Team, working remotely within the assigned region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and execute field marketing plans that drive growth across the assigned region and align with regional and global business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends, customer segments, and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities and shape bottom-up regional strategy.
• Translate market data into actionable insights using MEKKO charts, market models, and other analytical tools to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Business Units, Commercial Development, and Marketing Communications to align strategies and execute campaigns, demonstrations, educational events, trade shows, and customer symposiums.
• Lead regional new-product launch execution through the DBS Launch Excellence process, including planning, forecasting, KPI measurement, and post-launch analysis.
• Measure marketing program effectiveness, adjust plans based on performance, and strengthen customer and market visibility to improve competitive position and share of wallet.
• Build productive relationships with customers and external stakeholders to ensure a customer-centric, value-driven approach.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Long-standing relevant experience in field marketing or product marketing, preferably within healthcare, medical technology, life sciences or diagnostics.
• Demonstrated experience in market analysis, strategy development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in synthesizing complex market data into actionable insights and measurable marketing plans.
• Experience working effectively across commercial and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and executing structured processes in a fast-paced environment.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Ability to travel within the assigned region and across EMEA as required for customer visits, internal meetings, product launches, and industry events.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required depending on the assigned territory.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in the medical devices, life sciences or diagnostics sector; knowledge of anatomical pathology is an advantage.
• Experience with Market Analytics MEKKO charts, market modelling, Salesforce, or Power BI.
