DHR Enterprise AI Solutions is Danaher's enterprise AI engineering capability, responsible for identifying opportunities, building and scaling reusable AI solutions, and accelerating measurable business impact across operating companies. We combine product, architecture, AI science, engineering and operations to industrialise AI, establish enterprise standards and enable the next generation of AI-powered products, workflows, applications and decision-making.

In DHR Enterprise AI Solutions, you will be responsible for helping Danaher build, scale and operate trusted AI solutions by ensuring AI, ML and data-driven capabilities are designed, developed and governed in a way that enables innovation, trusted adoption and responsible enterprise scale.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Assess and advance DS, ML and AI solutions, architectures, algorithms, models and data flows built and operated in Danaher Enterprise AI Solutions, identifying potential compliance, regulatory, privacy, cybersecurity, security, ethical and operational risks before solutions reach production.
• Partner with Governance, Enterprise Data, Product Owners, Architects, AI Scientists and Engineers to ensure AI solutions are designed, built, deployed and operated in a way that enables trusted adoption, enterprise scale and long-term supportability.
• Foster practical governance frameworks, guardrails, risk-assessment methodologies, compliance evidence and control mechanisms that enable innovation while ensuring our AI solutions remain secure, responsible and compliant with internal and external policy obligations.
• Evaluate and improve how models, algorithms, solutions and data are sourced, processed, governed and used within AI solutions, ensuring appropriate controls, transparency, traceability and risk mitigation throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Guide the team in identifying and mitigating risks related to model behaviour, bias, explainability, robustness, reliability, cybersecurity, security, privacy and regulatory compliance, enabling solutions built by our organisation to be industrialised and scaled confidently across Danaher.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI, data science methodologies and modern AI solution architectures, gained through hands-on experience delivering, designing, building or supporting AI or data solutions.
• Experience assessing technology, data, privacy, compliance, legal, cybersecurity or operational risks associated with AI, software or advanced analytics solutions, including an understanding of common security threats, vulnerabilities and mitigation approaches relevant to AI systems.
• Ability to translate regulatory, legal, Responsible AI and governance requirements into practical controls, technical guardrails and actionable guidance for AI products, engineering and projects across operating companies.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex AI and data use cases, algorithms, model behaviours, data flows and security considerations, identify potential risks and recommend pragmatic mitigation strategies in collaboration with Governance.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Responsible AI, AI governance, model risk management, AI assurance or technology governance programmes.
• Designing, building, deploying or governing AI, software or advanced analytics solutions in production environments.
• Working in life sciences, diagnostics, healthcare, advanced manufacturing or other regulated industries.
