- Lead external AI technology scouting, evaluation, and partner onboarding through Open Innovation models and integrate the external AI capabilities into Beckman Coulter products, systems, and customer workflows.
- Collaborate closely with internal R&D, product management, marketing, application, and service teams to ensure successful solution deployment.
- Support customer adoption of AI solutions to improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making outcomes.
- Build and manage long-term collaborations with AI technology companies, research institutions, and academic partners.
