The Impact You'll Make

Do you enjoy getting to the root of problems, connecting people and turning challenges into real improvements? Are you someone who takes ownership, asks the right questions and doesn't stop at finding a temporary fix?

At Danfoss, we're looking for a Customer Quality Engineer who will help us strengthen customer satisfaction and continuously improve the quality of our products and processes.

In this role, you'll be the voice of the customer within our organization, working closely with manufacturing, engineering and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality challenges and prevent them from happening again.

Your ability to bring people together, challenge existing approaches and drive meaningful improvements will make a real difference to both our customers and our business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of customer complaints from initial investigation to final resolution, leading structured 8D processes and ensuring timely, high-quality responses.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement effective corrective and preventive actions, and prevent recurring quality issues.

  • Lead QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) activities and containment actions to minimize customer impact and ensure a fast, coordinated response.

  • Act as the key link between customers and internal teams, translating customer feedback into improvements in product quality, manufacturing processes and ways of working.

  • Coordinate customer PPAP activities, maintain quality-related information in systems such as IQOS and Salesforce, and prepare clear reports and insights for stakeholders and management.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Experience in customer quality, product quality or a similar manufacturing-related quality role. Experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage.

  • Practical knowledge of 8D, root cause analysis and quality tools, along with familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work across different teams, influence stakeholders and drive actions forward.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, good organizational skills and fluency in both Polish and English.

Don't meet every single requirement? We'd still love to hear from you! We value different experiences and perspectives. If you're passionate about quality, enjoy solving problems and believe you could make a difference in this role, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Get from Us

  • Professional growth: access to training, mentoring, knowledge sharing and career opportunities within our international organization.

  • Ownership and impact: the opportunity to lead quality improvements, influence cross-functional decisions and see the results of your work.

  • International collaboration: work with experienced professionals across manufacturing, engineering and other functions in a supportive, inclusive environment.

  • Modern technologies and processes: exposure to manufacturing operations, technical challenges and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Benefits package: annual bonus, employer-sponsored life insurance, Employee Pension Programme (PPE), private medical care with Lux Med, co-financed sports card and subsidized meals in our company canteen.
