What We're Looking For

  • Relevant hands-on experience in Mexican payroll and personnel administration, including payroll calculations, taxes, and statutory obligations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations, including ISR, IMSS, and INFONAVIT requirements.
  • Experience using payroll and HR systems such as SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, or TRESS, together with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to support payroll audits, compliance activities, and process improvements with accuracy and strong organization.
  • English proficiency that enables you to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
