The Impact You'll Make
The Inspection Supervisor is responsible for managing the inspection and metrology teams to ensure all quality standards are met and processes are continuously improved. Lead the inspection team to achieve team goals. Lead and improve quality issue and prevent the same quality issue happen ,reduce or prevent the occurrence of batch quality accidents in manufature process and actively application of new technologies, new processes and new methods of quality management ( such as digitalization, Intelligent testing, etc.) to improve quality level. Response for CoPQ, PLR PPM，FR PPM，Scrap, Warranty, rework and inspection productivity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop inspection standards and Ensure all inspections, and testing processes are conducted in accordance with established standards and procedures.制订检验规范，并确保所有检验、测试流程按照既定标准和程序进行。
- Orginaze and solve mass quality issues in manufature process including root cause analysis, CA & PA make and implement.组织和解决生产车间过程中产生的批量质量事故，包括原因分析，纠正及预防措施的制定并落实。
- Lead and improve quality issues prevent the same issue happen through SPC & Danfoss RCPS etc tool. 通过数据分析及使用DANFOSS RCPS等工具来改进及预防同类不良质量问题的重复发生及发生机率。
- Build inspection team ability/capacity, to training inspectors about quality control matrix.构建检验团队的能力，对检验人员进行质量控制矩阵方面的培训。
- Planning team resource for future business supporting, and annually refresh resource pool.为未来的业务支持规划团队资源，并每年更新。
- Make quality improvement plan or project according quality policy and quality objective.依据质量方针和质量目标，制定质量管理及改进计划或相应的项目。
- Actively participate in the application of new technologies, new processes and new methods of quality management (such as digitalization, intelligent testing, etc.). 积极参与推广质量管理新技术、新工艺、新方法的应用工作（如数字化，智能检测等）。
- Measure and tracking inspection team performance, provide powerful feedback to drive team. 测量和跟踪检查团队的表现，提供强有力的反馈以驱动团队。
- Daily tracking of the inspection process to meet delivery and efficiency requirements.检验工作的日常跟踪，以满足交付和效率的要求。
- Implement the five AIAG manuals, coach and review the quality problems of various departments and urge the improvement, and achieve the quality management system to meet the requirements of IATF16949 and DBS standards. 落实并执行AIAG五大手册，指导和审核各部门的问题点并督促改进，达成质量管理体系满足IATF16949和DBS的要求。
- Complete assigned job from supervisor timely.及时完成经理安排的其他工作。
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.工程、质量管理或相关领域的本科学历。
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.至少5年质量管理工作经验，其中2年以上主管经验。
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and regulatory requirements.熟悉质量管理体系（如ISO 9001、IATF 16949）及相关法规要求。
- Familiar with mechanical drawings, various dimensions and geometric tolerances; proficient in the use of common measuring instruments and tools; experienced in the management of measuring equipment.熟悉机械图，熟悉各种尺寸和形位公差，熟悉常见的测量仪器和工具，熟悉量具的管理
- Proven ability to manage teams and lead quality improvement initiatives.具有管理团队和领导质量改进项目的能力。
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex quality issues.拥有较强的分析和问题解决能力，能够处理复杂的质量问题。
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.出色的沟通能力，能够有效地跨部门协作。
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis.熟悉统计过程控制（SPC）和质量工具，如FMEA、8D和根本原因分析。
- Experience in supporting audits and maintaining documentation for quality compliance.有支持审核和维护质量合规文档的经验。
