As our new Manufacturing Engineer, you will be the primary technical partner to our Operations team, taking full ownership of the processes that create our advanced liquid-cooling solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the go-to technical expert for your assigned production lines, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting for everything from equipment and tooling to process issues.
- Develop and maintain the essential standard work, work instructions, and visual aids that enable our production teams to work safely and efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing production data, leading root cause analysis for quality issues, and identifying opportunities to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
- Partner closely with our Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams to improve uptime, resolve technical challenges, and ensure our processes are stable and capable.
- Support the launch of new products and engineering changes, ensuring a smooth transition to the production floor with capable processes and ready-to-go equipment.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer, preferably in an assembly, machining, or industrial product environment.
- A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including tooling, equipment setup, and process control.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues using root cause analysis and other problem-solving tools.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles, quality systems, and ERP/MRP software.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, hands-on approach to working with teams on the factory floor.

- The targeted salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000 based on experience
