  • Conduct process audits and support corrective actions to ensure compliance with global manufacturing standards.
  • Partner with Quality teams to develop PFMEAs, control plans, testing requirements, and validation processes.

  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, process capability, and quality tools including PFMEA, SPC, DOE, and root cause analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with complex mechanical, thermal, fluid handling, or cooling system products.
  • Experience supporting automation, robotics, digital manufacturing, or advanced production technologies.
  • Experience working with global suppliers and contract manufacturers.

Job Criteria

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process validation, quality systems, and operational excellence principles.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across multiple sites and regions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to lead global initiatives and collaborate across diverse teams.
