What You’ll Be Doing
- Help lead strategic projects from initial analysis to final recommendation, presenting your findings directly to business stakeholders.
- Act as a market detective, conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify portfolio gaps, new trends, and growth opportunities.
- Dive deep into our business data, analyzing pricing, sales, and profitability to uncover the actionable insights that will drive our strategy forward.
- Help bring our product strategies to life by supporting product positioning, creating marketing materials, and assisting with launch and phase-out plans.
- Become a process innovator by helping to improve the tools, templates, and reports our global portfolio team uses every day.
What We're Looking For
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related technical or business field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and present your findings in a clear, compelling way.
- An analytical and strategic mindset, with a natural curiosity to understand the "why" behind business decisions.
- A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and can take ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment.
- You are able to work primarily on-site in our Plymouth, MN campus during internship
