You'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly while maintaining our high level of quality for some of Danfoss' most iconic products - the radiator thermostat and its valves - made right here in Silkeborg. Your work will directly influence quality, efficiency and reliability of our equipment and processes that produces the products that serve customers worldwide.

  • Troubleshoot technical challenges on the shop floor and collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement sustainable solutions
  • Enhance quality processes through APQP methodologies, validation activities, and documentation such as PFMEAs, control plans, and maintenance strategies
  • Introduce and implement new product variants, materials, tooling, and equipment, ensuring changes are validated, documented, and successfully integrated into production
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, productivity, equipment reliability, and manufacturing capacity
